SHIPPING POLICY

We ship every day via Parcelforce on their Express24 Service.

Example - Order Monday, Shipped Tuesday arrived Wednesday.

All Weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.

​

Some postcodes such as the Scottish Highlands have slightly longer delivery times.

​

We charge the same flat rate of £9.99 for all shipments.

We abide by Distance Selling Regulations a product can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as it arrives back in exactly the same condition as it left us in and complete in every way.

Any issues within the first 30 days and a customer can have a full refund or exchange with all costs falling to us. No refunds will be provided for any reason after 30 days of purchase as the product is then in the guarantee period as described below.

The Air conditioner (less compressor) is guaranteed for a period of 12mth from the date of purchase, any issues and contact us and we will get the item collected and repair/replace/return.

The Compressor is guaranteed for a period of 36mths from the date of purchase, any issues with that and contact us and we will get the item collected and repair/replace/return.
